H&R knocked down our old weatherboard and had the block cleared and level in three days. Tidy crew, no surprises, and it was ready for our builder right on schedule.

We needed an out-of-hours strip-out so the shop next door could keep trading. They planned it properly, protected everything and left it spotless.

Asbestos removal and demolition handled by the one team — clearance certificate sorted, EPA paperwork done. Made a stressful job simple.

Bulk excavation on a tight sloping block. Accurate to the survey, spoil carted away clean, and they kept the neighbours onside the whole way through.

Partial demolition on a semi with a shared wall — engineered propping, careful work and clear communication every day. Exactly what you want on a job like that.

Decommissioned and demolished an old factory unit for us. Fully licensed, well managed and finished ahead of the program. Would use again without hesitation.

From quote to clean-up they were straight with us the whole way. Fixed price held, site left level and tidy. Genuinely easy to deal with.

Staged demolition of a retail tenancy with strict noise and dust controls. Professional crew, spot-on coordination with our builder and PM.
